Community Health Improvement aims to eliminate health disparities in under-resourced communities. As we address our community's most pressing needs, we will put people at the center of our work and co-design solutions with community partners and neighbors with lived experiences. Together, we will improve health equity and give everyone in our community the opportunity to live their healthiest lives.

We strive to continue our proactive approach and investment in addressing the root causes of health inequity alongside our community partners and BJC Community Health Improvement.

Our primary areas of focus include diabetes and healthy food access, infant and maternal health, school health and wellness, and our anchor strategy. We cannot do this important work without you. Thank you for your commitment and dedication to the health of our community.
